AMEN!! I LOVE THE SHOW, BUT THE FOOD THEY WASTE IS RIDICULOUS! ESPECIALLY WHEN SO MANY PEOPLE ARE STARVING. I THINK HE COULDN'T CARE LESS!

seriously??? Most restaurants reuse food food in other dishes for the next day but the health department only lets you reheat food one time (bacteria buildup). The consumers waste more food than the restaurants do by not taking it with them in a doggy bag, sending food back that is a minute more or less cooked to "perfection". I manage a restaurant and we typically only throw away about $30 of overproduced food but I could not even give you a solid number of what our customers throw away and don't eat.

People in his position are hardly ever concerned with stuff like that. He should try working a soup kitchen sometime. Then he'd know a REAL kitchen nightmare.

That's probably part and parcel of a restaurant, with paying customers. If they don't like something, chances are, they'll reject it if they're paying with it with their own money.
