Ok I have the problem
10+5z-10=4z+1
+-4 +-4
10+1z-10=1
+-10 +-10
1z=1
1 1
z=1
Ok now I do the same kind of problem the same way using the additive inverse and look what I get
14+7x=4x-1
+-4x+-4x
14+3x=-1
+-1 +-1
13 3x
Now what did I do wrong with this problem?

you added to the wrong side... starting from
14 + 3x = -1
-14 -14
3x = -15
x = -5

The additive inverse of -1 is positive 1. So from where you made the mistake, you should have the following:

14 + 3x = -1
+1 +1
15 + 3x = 0
-15 -15
3x = -15

And then you divide by three for your final answer. But note that what I wrote here is not the fastest way to solve the problem, just the correct way using the method you were already trying. It would be faster to subtract 14 from both sides instead of adding 1, because then you'd get your variable and your constant on opposite sides of the equation right away.

hey, i found it!
14+3x=-1
±1 ±1
15+3x=0

there are 2 errors in your solution. on the left side instead of subtracting 1 you must add 1. on the right side there must be a 0 (since -1 + 1 = 0)
now, we continue, (whatever +-1 means)
15+3x=0
+-15 +-15
3x=-15
3 3
x=-5

So you get x=-5

What the f*** "additive inverse"? What is that?
OK, but I always tot the easiest is something called "carry over". You "carry over" put similar items on same side of = and the signs are reversed. Normally, you throw the variables (like a, b, c etc) on left hand side and the constants on other side in one stroke (like Uma Thurman wielding samurai sword in 1 stroke in "Kill Bill")
So
14+7x=4x-1 becomes
7x-4x=-1-14
x=-5
Isn't that faster and fewer steps? Forget about this additive inverse..... it is just a complicated term by those bureacratic educational feudal lords to sell textbooks.

I've no idea what you're doing wrong, it's straight forward,
14+7x=4x-1
3x=-15
x=-5
