wow I hate to tell you that considering the movie is on now but here it goes ....the cold hearted you know what administrator puts little John on the list the Dr that had not done pt care in forever does the surgery the sneak John past the police so he can see the surgery the little boy pulls through and no one will testify against him he is still convicted and I think he does two years ....did I mention the fact that John had decided to kill himself so his son could have his heart ....

the boy getts some womens heart rushed over to where the hopital and they do the sergery and then boy live the ladies died in a car accedient that how hey got the heart

they give his son the transplant,i cannot recall if he went to jail or not, my husband said he did not.it was a good ending.the boy lived
