To tell you the truth, I think we all need to put aside our differences - such as Republicans and Democrats - and become a united country once again. We are a country at war, it doesn't matter who's a Republican or who's a Democrat. What matters is that we support our troops and finish our job in Iraq. We are a country of hope and freedom - God knows we can succeed in Iraq, with the support and backing of our great citizens. Our victory in Iraq - would make this world a much safer place for our children and grandchildren, not to mention many of our allied nations. The people of the United States have a peace founded upon the dignity and rights of every man and woman. This country has meaning beyond what we see, and that our strength is a force for good. God Bless The United States of America!

Don't trust either, they're all lying dirty filthy people. But yet its better than any other government out there and its been this way since the start of our country. Unless you want to vote for an Independent party, but thats just wasting 15 minutes to go and vote.

as long as we have the democratic and republican party so entrenched and when they are chosen for candidates to run it is fixed because if they want a certain party to win then they select some one to run that no one would vote for so the one they really want will be a shoo in, in our other elections not many wanted either , so a independent party is the answer and if he gets enough votes the Dem's and rep's will get nervous and give us some one worthy of the office, so your vote won't be lost even if the independent doesn't win, the Dem's and Rep's are going to cater to the money people from now on unless the American people get smart, and as yogi says , DON'T YOU FORGET IT

Really, though I am a Repub(former Dem), I don't trust either because both have too many variables and splits in the party dynamics. They both represent a government that does not do it's job, which is supposed to be whatever WE tell it to do. Sometime's I think that the best thing to do about problems with our government(DEMS and Repubs) is to fire them all at one time and elect some new people. Just everyday people who will care about the country and not their wallets...

I don't trust them either, if you want to change things you will need to join a 3rd party.I read they are working together to get stronger and change election laws so we can get some 3rd parties in. The dem and repubs are old hat lets get rid of them and get something that works for the average Joe.

I don't either but more than that I don't trust a government entirely dominated by one party, congress, president, supreme court as is currently the case.

I try and vote for the party that says "trust me" less... which in my experience is the democrats... the only thing I remember them saying "trust me" about was clinton and his personal sex life... and I didn't really care about that...

every time they come out with one of those "secret programs" Bush says "trust me" again... and every time he says that... I trust him less...

I want a party that doesn't want me to trust them... they want to prove their points to me with facts...
