back off untill she makes a decision about whether she wants to continue to stay with her current boyfriend or break up with him...

Ooo this sounds kinda icky. Well even though you like her the best thing to do is to wait out the storm. Don't get too tangled up in the mess right now. Just let her make her own decision even if it's not in your favor (although it sounds as if it probably is ;)) It's just the respectful thing to do and is the best choice in the long run.

The SAFE thing to do is wait to the relationship is complety over at least a week, then make your move.

Just wait, if she really doesn't like her current boyfriend it is inevitable that they'll eventually break up, if that happens, she might come to you depending on her feelings and your actions.

You should wait and not interfere with their relationship. If they weren't meant to be you should wait until they went their seperate ways and spend some time with her to see if she really did like you and if you really like her as much as you thought you did

then if she calls and wants to go out, do everything she loves
like let's say she loves to play mini golf but she doesn't really make it public to people, take her to play mini golf!
