While you have to take your whole chart into account, esp. rising and Moon signs, and where Venus is, and of course your own free will, but since we are talking astrology, the basic assumption is that with water signs, either other water signs, such as Cancer or Pisces, are the most compatible. Also, Earth signs, (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) are good, but not Fire signs, (Aries, Sagittarius or Leo) or Air signs (Gemini, Aquarius or Libra).

I am a Scorpio also..my best match was the awesome man I just happened to meet.The horoscope of his birthday I think meens nothing.We've been together 21 years.You will know when you meet your soul mate.Some might put a lot of thought in the horoscope stuff..I didn't..And my life has turned out wonderful.Sorry if that doesn't answer your question...I'm saying..your best match is out there in place you will maybe least be looking!
