I gave this advice to another girl who'd just broken up with a long time boyfriend, it seemed to help her, and I hope it helps you.
Talk to your friends (and family - if you can, I know it can be hard) they will support you in any way they can.
Mostly, you just have to live your life. I know it doesn't seem like it right now, but one day you'll be able to forgive him for hurting you. Just try to remember the good times, not the bad. Letting go when you really love someone is a slow process - no matter how long you've known them or what you have done together. It's way harder to get over someone than most people make it out to be, but you will - I know it doesn't seem like it, but one day you'll wake up, and you won't quite be able to remember the sound of his voice, or the way he smiled. Slowly bit by bit, he'll fade from your mind until one day you'll wake up and he'll be gone. You'll have your memories still, but he won't hold your heart anymore.
In the meantime, wait. Work on other things. Try to distract yourself - get upset when it doesn't work and cry your eyes out on a friend's shoulder. But you'll grow from your experiences, even if it doesn't seem like you are growing.
Good luck, and I hope that you can get over this without too much heartache.

It is a painful thing to lose someone you were with. In time, the pain will go away and you will be alright. Keep your head up and surround yourself with positive things...go out with your friends, and be strong.

Nothing to do but move on. The best advise is to have "no contact" at all. He will fade away a eventually and you won't even remember his name!
