ok, i am only a freshmen and i got ask to homecoming by a senior and im really excited. i found the best dress and its beautiful and strapless the only problem is im pretty average in the body i just have larger arms now they are pretty toned but also have extra fat sorta and i want to lose it by homecoming, its in 2 weeks PLEASE HELP!!!!thankyou(ill do anything)

Get 45 minutes of exercise daily (even walking works). Make sure you're getting the 5 a day on fruit and veggies and 4 a day on dairy! LOTS OF WATER! Nothing w/ sugar, corn syrup or white flour as the first 3 ingredients until then. Good luck!

well, first off, DON'T GET SICK, so that you will FEEL BAD during your big night. You want to FEEL GOOD that night. Can you do some running? Like running 30 minutes a day. or walking/running for 45 minutes a day for the next 2 weeks. Cut out all sugar, that means, sodas, bread, pasta, potatoes, candy, ice cream, cookies. Eat protein and veggies. good luck.

why would a senior ask out a freshman?? a freshman is very young and a senior is very old, there is a lot of maturing between those years. Apparently he thinks hes going to get sex out of you, so i wouldn't do that, but hey its ur life.

i think that going to homecoming with a boy 4 years older than you is PROBABLY a bad idea, don;t be susprised if you get raped of something but whatever, chose what you wish

if you can do handstands kick yourself up against a wall and work yourself up to being able to push your self up and down..it will make the fat disappear

maybe start using those little weights when you doing stuff around the house.

and pushups. there a killer but they might help
