I have an incredible product that I currently cannot support due to my current financial status. I am looking for an investor but I dont have a clue where to find one. To get an idea of what i have, go to www.lumipic.com and you can read about it there. Thanks!

What about contacting existing sign companies and pitching them on carrying your technology? You develop a distribution network with companies in this business.

I saw your signs and had an idea. What about doing some pro or college licensing and sell these signs at retail? I live in a college town that is crazy for licensed gear. Think of Steve and Barry stores.......

My point here is that if you can cut a deal(s) in these areas, you can use the relationship to generate investment capital or financing. You could leverage an order by asking for advance payment, take the retailer's P.O to the bank for financing or perhaps get a sign company or retailer to invest if they like the product or technology......

Certainly NOT on YahooAnswers. Try your local bank or a nearby venture capital firm. I don't care how good your product is... you better have an EVEN BETTER business plan if you want to get investors.
