my friend has a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim and it has about 125K on the motor and he wanted to put a new fuel filter on it but he didn't do it he just got some carb cleen and cleened out the Throttle Body but now it wont stop blowing out white smoke out the mulfer what is going on? note the eng light comes on only some times not all the time thats why he tho to cleen the Throttle Body what could it be why it's blowing white smoke it just started blowing smoke after he cleened it out please kelp!!

how would it blow a head gasket after cleening it out like that?

it may be a coincidence but generally white smoke means water in the oil , caused usually by a blown head gasket,

This sounds totally incidental. White smoke..especially constant means a cracked head. Check the coolant level...antifreeze or water will burn white out the tailpipe when you have a cracked head. Normally they crack between the valves and the coolant gets into the cylinder and goes out the exhaust.

I think you meant THE ENGINE!

Yes, blown head gasket. Lucky to get 125k on a PLYMOUTH!
