If you wanted the Club Penguin account you will not get any of the email from it since it will go to the address you gave. If the other person is sufficiently annoyed by the Club, they might complain to the Police.

I don't think that there is anything that the police can do if you used someone elses email, just delete the account and use your own email of you are worried... or if that person don't want you to use their account
