Philadelphia, Benton Harbor, Detroit, Los Angeles, Birmingham, Cincinnati, Seattle, Toledo... you name the city. If lots of Blacks live in it, then those Blacks have rioted at least several times and have destroyed whatever they could get their hands on.

Why do they do it? Such a simple question. They do it because they are not made to suffer as the result of doing it. They break things and burn things because they don't fear the consequences enough to curb their destructive, violent impulses.

Who pays when Blacks burn buildings? The Blacks who set the fires don't. The White taxpayers do. Blacks destroy neighborhoods because experience has taught them that the Whites will give their money to build for them a NEW neighborhood! With better things than before!

No, it isn't "all people below the poverty level." It's just the Blacks. Poor Whites do not behave as poor Blacks behave. Poverty does not cause violence. Race is a much better predictor of violence than socioeconomic class is.

I do not think it has as much to do with tearing it up in the beginning
and it is ALL people who live below poverty level . I believe they are just barley keeping a roof over their heads and food for their children , and when it seems that in such a wealthy country that no one even cares about them , they loose their motivation to keep their surroundings in pristine order . Then yes on down the line when they come to the end of their rope some don't give a damn anymore . I can't blame them !
I blame the way things are so unequal in this country . They make sure that the poor stay there with barely a chance to get
out .

Blacks tear up the inner city out of frustration. Living in places they do not and can not own, paying high rent to prejudice landlords who do not make repairs when they are badly needed, do not supply adequate heat during the winter, but do however never fail to raise or collect the rent monthly. They feel trapped and caught up going no where day after day exposed to the same thing so they strike out at what is available ,where they live. If they get arrested the police embellish the charges, they go before prejudice judges and da's who give them extremely long sentences that if a white had committed the same crime would only get community service or a suspended sentence. Why when you go to juvenile facilities lets say in Newark N.J. where the Essex county youth house is located and the county jail ,you only find black and Hispanic offenders. Essex county include maple wood ,mountclair {where whites live} but they are never incarcerated in these facilities even on weekends. They get released to parents and some times neighbors or friends parents but black"s and Hispanics are locked up and do not get to go before a judge for charges until Monday. I see it everyday I FEEL THE WEIGHT OF UNFAIRNESS ON MY HEART THAT THEY FEEL ON THEIR SOULS . Try to walk in their shoes one hour of one day and then know what they experience ,the injustices from birth to grave every day of their lives.

Blacks arent solely responsible for the inner city being what it is today. You also have to look at many other factors, such a descrimination, segregation of many neighborhoods, and racism. It is the few bad apples that spoil the whole bunch. Most people who live in inner cities are law abiding, friendly people who would never commit crimes. Please do not prejudge our race by stating that we are responsible for that. And even if we were, we didnt come to this country by choice. We came by force. The white race put us here, so shouldnt you be upset at them?

I had to go to Atlanta with the military when they had their riots after the shooting of a black man. I noticed the only housing being torn up & put to fire was housing the goverment built. They did this because they knew the goverment would rebuilt it better then they had been living in.The private housing was left alone , except for the 2 that were burned by the owners & blamed on the rioters. When you are poor & the goverment gives you every thing(housing, food, money for cloths). you dont care but you would if the money was coming out of your pocket//

Blacks tear up inner cities because theyve got issues. The reason lies in the breeding sector. Too many single sistas mannin up and raisin kids. The problem is shes just a kid too, and so the kids arent raised by adults. Than they go rip up the community.

First of all, not all blacks tear it up.
Secondly , I think it has to do with ignorance and low self-esteem. People who are bullies and think they are all it are really just putting up a front because deep inside they are scared of something.

peace.

black people were trained to be against there own people by the plantation owners. so they could be against themselfs and they would have more control over them. they need to detrain themselfs. each one causeing trouble should be made at least aware of what the white man did to them by a little education on that sudject.. and give them thought to be able to heal the wounds of hundreds of years of being trained by the white man.they idealy should try to accept the spirit of god into there lives.
