How do I put picture from 360 box into photo box here?

In Answers, go to "My Q&A", then "Edit my info" (in the 'about me' section), and there you can choose your 360 picture (but only your primary one; you can't just choose any of the four that you have on 360).

get a membership at xbox.com and have your account put online and there you go
