name of movies?

Question

i have two movies i would love to know the name of:

-the first has a scene in the beginning of the movie where you see an old truck. then they show you a girl giving a guy head. then the guy picks up the girls head and it's not attached to a body and he throws it out the window. it's a scary movie and it had to do with two girls, one of who i believe ends up being a lesbian.

-the second movie has something to do with some kids who are stranded in a house and they are getting attacked by zombies or something. there's a guy who narrarates the movie and he playes acoustic guitar and sings. i remember something about a scene where he and the kids who were zombies did a dance routine and sang some sort of rap/country western song.

does anybody know the name of either of these movies?

the narrarator in the 2nd movie dressed like a cowboy and was dead. i think he wore a purple shirt too, but im not sure

The First One is High Tension - a horror movie that was released about 2 years ago in theaters and is out on DVD.

I thought that High Tension was a direct Rip Off of a Dean Koontz Book called Intensity - Almost exactly the same story although the Movie really Throws you a Giant Curveball.

The Book is a Great Read - I highly reccomend it :-)
I read it all in 2 sittings :- )
