i mean does it count for eligibility?

Most schools do not allow you to add the "weight" (extra .5) unless you have a C or better. So, a "D+" would not become a "C." So, you had better start asking about extra credit!

What do you mean pass with the weight? Do you mean you get a 3 or above in the AP test? Some school adjusts your grade if you get a 4 or 5 in the AP exam. Ask you teacher to see if he/she will do that.

No i think if it's an F then it counts just like an F in a regular class...so no credit.
