I signed a deal with a pre-built home company three years ago, and found a small house design I liked. They sent me three blueprints to look at, and I've since then lost them.
QUESTION: Is there an "average price" for a standard set of blueprints for a standard-type model house ? This house was nothing all that "unusual", but they want the blueprints back now (since things didn't work out between us). Again, "average cost" for a set of THREE BLUEPRINTS ?

If you go to any store that sells magazines, there is a few that offer blue prints and in the back it will say what they charge, I believe about $300, but check out one of them and it will give you a more accurate price.
