Go see a dermatologist. He or she can tell you what kind treatment is best for you. You might need a prescription. Nothing is guaranteed, but they will work with you to find something that helps control your breakouts. Good luck!
PS your diet has nothing to do with your acne. It's all hormonal. Also, if you keep your face/skin TOO clean (washing/scrubbing it more than twice a day) can cause breakouts as well.

most of the time because the have the correct technology and medicines that dissolve and get rid of acne.
they dont actually give you a treatment to like bring home and use they use a blue light that actually makes acne go away along with other stuff they use that get rid of certain things. so ifyou get treatment from a derm. than after than over somewhat of a short period of time you will be able to see that you'll have less and less acne everyday
what also helps is what you intake if you use proavtive it will work but not as effectavley if you drink and eat things that have lots of sugar and caffine. so cutting down on those things and by drinking more water should also help clear your face up without haveng to go 2 a derm.
tell me if it helps or works you can email me at: my_hotcookies@yahoo.com

There are no guarantees when it comes to treating acne, but a dermatologist can certainly give you some effective treatments. If one treatment doesn't work for you, he/she can try you on something else, until you find the treatment that does the job. You just have to be patient and try to stay positive. Good Luck : )

A dermatologist will most certainly be able to help you.
There are 2 things to think about though....
1) every dermatologist is not created equal
2) you may not like the solution
