I looked on the motherboard specs sheet (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&cc=us&dlc=&product=396434&docname=c00063272#N893) and it said that the motherboard supports two UltraDMA/150 SATA connectors, but if you look at the layout of the motherboard (http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf-JAVA/Doc/images/c00424049.gif), all I can see are two IDE connectors. Do I need to buy some kind of adapter, or am I just overlooking something?

Oh wow, I feel a little dumb now, haha...

I actually have a second question. I can't take a picture of it (which would really help), but I hope someone is familiar enough with this. The specs sheet says there are two 3.5 internal drive bays with 1 available. The hard drive that is in there now is attached to this green holder. I'm not exactly sure where the other 3.5 internal slot is. Is it on the other side of this holder?

What about P30 and P31? What are they for? Looks like SATA connectors.

Edit: About the internal bay. Usually the bay that is holding the hard drive is split into two. The harddrive occupies one and the other bay is either on top or the bottom.

Yes, P30 and P31 in the bottom right corner are SATA. Don't feel bad, they should have labeled them like they labeled everything else.
