Slats was the first lion 1924-1928

Jackie was the second (1928-1956)and can be seen at the start of 'The Wizard of Oz'

Tanner was the third (1938-1956) and used in the 'new' colour films.

Since then there have been 2 more who have not been named.

Although these are the actual names of the lions as a mascot for MGM it is simply 'Leo the Lion'
