Oh yes, if you mean pre-ejaculate. That semen has more sperm in it that the sperm ejaculate with orgasm. It is much more potent. I am allergic to latex and could not take birth control because of medical problems with them, so we tried the pull out method. I got pregnant. Talk to your doctor. The only safe way to avoid pregnancy is abstinence. My first child I got pregnant using a condom (before I became allergic to latex). Then I was told I had anovulatory disease and becoming pregnant would be near impossible. We used the pull out method for quite a while, but eventually did become pregnant this way with my second child. It happens not matter how careful you are.

Pre ejaculate is a clear fluid emitted by the erect penis in order to lubricate for sex. It DOES contain sperm but not as much as true ejaculate and yes it CAN get you pregnant. Use protection even before you decide to engage in intercourse.

Pre-*** is very very very really, and it can get you pregnat with out a doubt. I suggest using birthcontrol and a condom if you don't want to get pregnat.
