I've had these wierd pinkish spots on my stomach and chest area. They remind me of bug bites but it looks like scabs are forming on them. I know it's gross but bear with me. Is it like a rash or allergic infection???

Go see your doctor.

It's very difficult to tell from here.

They could represent anything from allergy, (auto)immune, infection, infestation, cancer (though this is very unlikely), medication side effects, stings/bites

You could be allergic to a number of things. Go to an allergist and get tested for the most common allergies. Wheat, soy, corn, dairy and peanuts are common food allergies. Have you been eating any of these in your diet a lot lately? Also it could be Candida overgrowth, a yeast that grows out of contol in your body if you have been on antibiotics a lot in your life and / or if you eat a lot of bread/pastries/alcohol/sugary foods. Yeast breeds on sugar. The spots can look pinkish like you described. Do a candida cleansing diet if what I described pertains to you. Look on the internet and do research. There is a website Nationalcandidacenter.com. that helped me with pinpointing my health problems.

I've recently read about mites... ticks and etc... the chances are you either have eczema or a allergic reaction... If you really think it's a bug bite, the chances are it may be a tick or mite bite... SEE A DOCTOR... this is just not a place for medical questions.
(EDITED)
I just asked someone... You probably have measels or chicken pots... if not, read above again... but STILL! see a doctor.
