It's getting that way.... between the PC police and whiny "minorities" you can't say anything anymore without risking either a lawsuit or riots, or both.

Nope. You can offend whoever the hell you want, that's what comes with freedom of speech, and to deny the right to mock and poke fun at is wrong - you must have the right to criticise an idea (e.g religion). However, inciting hatred of Muslims (i.e. saying Muslims must die) IS illegal.
In some particularly strict Muslims countries it's probably not a good idea to publicly go around offending Muslims, as it'd get you into just as much trouble as denouncing republicanism and christianity would in the middle of texas - though I don't think it's actually ILLEGAL, though you may be 'disappeared' for it.

I'm not into offending good people of any religion, but the Muslims DO seem to get hacked off pretty easily over nothing, don't they?
Sometime look up, on Yahoo, about the great Muslim controversy and the vast number of studies that have been made, and books written, about the correct direction to face when praying to Mecca (obviously south when you're at the north pole).

I guess I missed your point, perhaps you are being too subtle, just what are you implying.
Have you ever heard of freedom of speech? Or is that a figment of my imagination. I can say whatever I want about anyone, now it may be rude or crude and I will definitely will look stupid, which I am sure you do at times, but it is my right to say what I want.
Do you seek to take away my freedom of speech?

It's illegal to attack someone BECAUSE they're a Muslim, but if they blow up a building, then you can scream at them so much as you like.
Of course, Good Christians turn the other cheek.

yes it is illegal under the genocide treaty signed by Reagan, if they so desire they can insist that you be taken to another country to be tried, if they decided that country was Muslim country , you would probable be beheaded, if he were black then to Africa , you would be cooked for dinner, if you were white , then you would be given a medal
