Parenthood is much easier when you are sure. It is not selfish to wait until you are sure, and it is not selfish to never have children. I was a nanny while in college, the family had 3 children, 2 nannies and 2 babysitters. The other nanny got the children up in the morning, I put them to bed. The kids might see their parents on the weekends for a few hours but not enough....I consider that selfish.

What do you mean "you're not ready"? Let's face it OK. You just plain don't want any--in which case it's a really good idea not to have one.
If you don't have one soon you won't (as I'm sure you very well know) likely be able to to have them. So the longer you put it off the less likely you will ever have one even if you decide that "you want one".
You seriously have to sit down and realize that you have to make a real decision soon, preferably before you reach 35, do I really want one or don't I? If you decide you don't then get real with yourself and stop this game playing of telling yourself "I'm just not ready yet."

Not you are not selfish at all. Having a child is a big step!

I'm already a parent and some days I don't think I'm ready lol

Take your time!

No. It just means you are not ready to have kids. That's OK--even if you never feel ready. Don't sweat it. Only you kow what is right for you concerning having kids.

Nope. We're not all meant to be moms, and we're certainly not all meant to be moms by a certain age. Having kids and not wanting them is selfish. I applaud your careful consideration about such an important decision.

No it just means that you are not ready which is fine. It's better that you already know this than to get pregnant and feel this way.
