well, when you dream of someone more than 5 times, one thing just has to be true - you think about him a lot ;> lol
probably you like him - or hate him (is he your teacher?..)
it don't think it means that he responds

Mostly u dream of wat's on ur mind. So more than 5 times means the person is definitely so on ur mind. So it's either u like or dislike the person a lot. I don't think it means that the feeling is mutual. It could be a person that doesn't even know u.

i don't know you can go to a library and get a book on the meaning of dreams that might tell you

Nope it means that sub-conciously you like them. And that doesn't necessarily mean that you like them it just means that you admire them, and they have a personality trait that you don't have that u should have (hope that made sense LOL)
