I do both..I spit out gum and toothpaste. I swallow medicines, food and drinks. I think you intended this question for shock value, but I'm not going to respond in like kind.

It depends on which you want. sometimes it may be just the moment to swallow. But sometimes it may be best to spit. You do what feels right with you. Dont worry about what any one else says. It also depents on the guy. Never ask for anything you are not willing to give your self.
