No, I do like the actic of listening for 30 minutes , then asking them how they feel to be wasting time too. I guess the get paid anyway. Could help people feel less lonely I guess sometimes. Maybe telemarketers are good.

Nope..... I really Don't do that because It's not good. I'll feel really sorry for that person because they are doing there job to get some money.

The best thing to do is to pick up the phone and say "Hello can I please speak to Joe" and when they get confused then you say hold on I think Joe is here waiting to talk to you.... or something like that.
