start eating more frequently like more than 4 times a day and try not to eat alot during these meals or niether too little.and i guess exercise a lot like running and stuff like that. this relly works its just a matter of if u feel like doing it. for mei wish my metabolism would slow down cuz im too skinny and i wanna gain wieght
