Of course it depends on a lot of things.

But the first question is how much insurance do you have on your spouse, how much do you love them, and then finally how good are you at KILLING.

In my case, I love her like nothing else, there is a lot of insurance but never enough to replace my best friend and then finally I carry some kind of weapon all the time, and I will KILL.

BTW, I do not care about endangered BS, humans are the most endangered and in my mind come before all else.

Of course there is the old western adage of shoot, shovel and shut up, which I think is a very wise way of living.

I wouldn't hesitate a minute to kill an animal that was attacking my significant other or my children or anybody else....I guess I'd find out if it were illegal after the fact but I would kill it. I would kill somebody who broke into my home and tried to hurt any of us also.

Yes. Endangered animals' habitat is protected also, there are rules about human encroachment, and if you and your spouse are obeying the rules, you should not be in a situation which would create a confrontation of that sort.

In a life or death situation, of course you can kill it, but your prior actions will be scrutinised as well, and if you broke the law, you may be subject to fines/imprisonment.

Yeah, go ahead and save the life of your spouse.
See what the Democrats and Animal Rights People do to you.
This is serious stuff.
Check out about the people who have shot bears that were attacking them.
They paid dearly. Check it out.

Ya I think so. Just as it is illegal to kill a person the circumstances thus the laws are all together different when they are trying to kill you.

If any kind of animal attacked my wife I'd smother it with love and feed it pureed filet mignon for the rest of it's life.

A better question would be; what kind of animal is best equipped to attack a b#tch?

Technically contrary to the law, but unlikely in the extreme to be charged or prosecuted (or, if it was, to result in any sanction that would withstand appeal).
