Have played yahoo bridge for nearly ten years. There are several possible reasons. Foul language. No knowledge of the game. Too slow. Freeze up. Bidding ridiculous bids. Asked to leave for various reasons and will not.
Hope this has been helpful. Start in beginners, if necessary.

It isn't you. Thousands have been barred all week including me twice. My answer is: Yahoo Games new format has a glitch in it. For all the accusatory remarks you are getting, just ignore them. The only one applicable is "fowl language". You have to just wait out your time or create another profile to continue playing until such time is up. I have my 3rd reply in to Yahoo Customer Care trying to get to the bottom of this. Good luck!

UPDATE! Why people are getting barred.
When I seen how many people were getting barred,too many for abuse reports.i knew it was a yahoo glitch! Here is whats going on.Yahoo installed Spam bot trackers in lounges to stop = bar them, from games.It tracks Ids and how many changes they make.EXAMPLE ! Now say you enter a Intermediate lounge with a 1500 ID.
You hop into a table,get booted,try 3 more,booted,now you go to beginners lounge.BARRED! spam bot tagged you! Automatic 24 hrs 1 st time,48 hr the next,72 hrs 3rd time. 4th time account closed! This is really bad for tourney directors how need to hop from table to table.Yahoo can not help you! To many reports from Bots and players asking Why! By the time they get to yours times up!Try this when playing.Select a lounge matching your rating.when you get in,spend a few minutes checking table player’s rates.pick a table,join and play a few games before changing tables!IF you join a lounge but do not play,and try another,try and stay there for a few games.Do not bounce from table to table,lounge to lounge.THE SPAM BOT WILL GET YOU!
Every body needs to do this! Since the sex bots caused you to get barred!Do this!
the bots are now staying in lounges and not moving.when you get in a lounge,click ratings,look at bottom of list.bots play no games.copy their id name,game and lounge,send it to this link and yahoo will bar them! abuse@cc.yahoo.com
