should I talk to her about this? I care about her a lot. I don't like her boyfriend so I don't know what I should do. I don't want her to get anger with me.

Not in all situations. Often times, a minor of a certain age (known as the "age of consent") can legally have a relationship with a legal adult.

The age of consent varies from state to state in the U.S. In some states someone as young as 14 may have sex with an adult, and in others they must be 18. In many states, the scenario you describe (17 year old female, 19 year old male) would be perfectly legal.

Also, some states make exceptions when the man and woman are within a few years of each others' age. For example, even if the age of consent was 17, a 16 year old could still sleep with an 18 year old, since they are only 2 years apart.

See the link below to check the state where this girl lives.

It depends on your state. It's never against the law to just date, but sex again depends on your state. I would say in most states the legal age of consent is at least seventeen, so I don't think this would be an issue.

Where I live, a 17 yr. old Can pretty much do as they wish so check with your local authorities. If you think your going to make her angry, then you probably will.
