just keep walking forward because you know you're completly safe because it's not real.

The point of going on Haunted Hose rides are to get scared! Anyways, the best way to keep your mind of the scary stuff (don't say crap. It is not crap. Crap would be a lot scarier.) just tell your self repeatedly that the ghost is just a sheet or the zombie is plastic. If all fails just scream. Its normal to be frightened.

Try to figure out the "tricks". Examine the actors for their costumes and makeup. Look at the sets critically - what did they make look "real" and how did they do it?
I was terrified at haunted houses until I started pretending I was just going to see how you set one up and started thinking how I would set up MY haunted house.
Now it's a snap to go into one and kinda' fun.

I wear a jacket (sometimes they poke you >_>), make sure I stay close to the person in front of me & have someone behind me, and try not to be too scared or pretend to laugh when they jump out at me. Otherwise, they might chase you, knowing you're an easy target.

YOU DON'T!!
Otherwise why waste three minutes of your life that you'll never get back going on the ride in the first place?
If you're worried you'll look dumb if you scream or jump with shock when stuff jumps out at you, remember that you're there to have FUN and scream even LOUDER!!!
YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAHHHH!!!
Its great to be YOU and life is far too short to spend too much of it caring what others think of you...

You don't. That's the WHOLE point of going! Here's a safety tip- always feel the walls! And watch the floors for steps(if you can!).

I have to constantly tell myself that none of it is real and that it is all going to be over... sometimes i have to close mt eyes when i see something really really scary.... also screaming releases some of the energy inside you!

Don't go on the ride, would be my first, logical thought. But since this isn't a very logical question, just keep your eyes squeezed shut...

Excuse me, but why would you even go to one, if you're not there to ENJOY all those things jumping out at you?
