just upgraded to adsl, sip server been down, back now but i can not access microsoft, messenger and a few common sites that i go to all the time, i have checked the security settings everything seems ok

once you're surfing from a web cafe or college computer, then there are probably regulations placed on that computer. once you're using your homestead computer, that's both you've your safe practices settings set too intense or someone has activated Parental Controls on your computer. once you're being redirected fairly of truly blocked, it may also be via a perilous disease.
