most gay people don't have kids but if this does happen talk to the kids about the situation but DO NOT TRY TO MAKE THEM GAY TOO!!!

You raise them, being gay doesn't matter, especially to your kids. If you're a good parent, who loves them, and your honest with them, that shouldn't matter at all.

love them and give them your time, just like any parent does, encourage them to enjoy life and to love and care for people......kids are smart and know more than we adults give them credit ....if you are with their other parent, or separated, let your kids meet and get to know your partner [depending on their age] and you can explain to them on a level that they can understand, [if real young under 5 i would tell them this is my friend, [this is not lying to them] because it is true the person you are seeing is a friend........as kids get older you can tell them more information, depending on their ages.
