There is this girl that i like for a while,now I still don't have any contacts with her ,because she doesn't seem interested in me.Anyway I recently had a dream of her cariying a snake around her like it was her pet.I really want to know what that means.

I would imagine you are dreaming of her as you think of her, unaccessible and unwelcoming even if attractive.
The snake is a symbol of the barrier you see between the two of you, the thing that stops you taking a step furhter with her.
The fact that you are dreaming about her smacks of being unsure about your conclusion that she is not interested, otherwise you would just move on and stop thinking of her in your wakeing and sleep time.
Maybe it's worth making an approach and testing the water, even if she turns you down you won't have to wonder what might have been anymore eh?
