I think you only have to take a 15 minute break,I know if you work for 6 hours you have to take a 30 minute break.

I work for Winn Dixie for 5 hours a day and my Boss is trying to force me to take a lunch break he said we were going over the budget and another employee told me he can get a larger bonus if he can get every one to take a lunch break i need my 5 hours so what do iI do

it depends on where you work. where i work we get a 15 min break anything under 5 hours. if we work 5 hours we get a lunch break
