Just the other night that happened to me. But when I jumped up and finally calmed down I didn't realize that my husband wasn't in bed and now I get out of bed to go ........and as I approached the door he was on the other side at the same time and he pushed opened Talk about a heart attack I'm glad someone up there likes me.and Him...

I hate when that happens!!! Sometimes it even feels like I'm falling and I wake up..... I'm in my bed, lights off, no one else in the room. It really scares me, your heart beating fast, no lights, only one in the room! I hate when this happens, but it happens alot!!!!

you usually wake up just before u hit the ground because like the matrix, if you die in your dream you die for real. notice you always wake up just before you die?
