Most haves went to economic heaven.
Middle ground became hazy.
Multudes struggled to hang-on.
Mincing anxiety about starvation produced political helplessness.
Mighty monoplies trimmed and downsized while humming hym of human hustle:
Must trim or existance will halt.
More meager wages produced huge profits, but little capital harboring.
Mighty golden parachutes prevailed offer most little help.
Malignancy of deficits rewarded hoarders by keeping prime high.
Most media kept haranguing: Trickle down will happen,
Many have nots got sent to economic hell while working forty hours.
Might just hummed: Turning Future Shock into Future Shaft is a must!

It is a very poignant verse and this is for Michael. At least the countries you mention can hold their head up high, unlike America who has become the World's shame.

What? About as relevant as it ever was. It sounds like some left wing commie workers rights boo-hoo piece to me.When will you people learn that the farther left toward socialism and communism you go, the lower the standard of living gets. Just look at Cuba, China, North Korea ect. I would certainly " hold my head up high" under penalty of death for refusing too.
