It's because the human body, or any other mammal's body, is a very very very complex "machine", that relies on so many things, that even if _one_ of them is damaged, we die, or get horribly ill, or are born physically or mentally handicapped etc.
I know this isn't very consoling (and quite scary, to be frank), but it's the truth... Sorry.

These bodies are temporary constructs, like everything around us.
Even mountains wear down, they just take alot longer.
A close examination of any physical process (& we are a package of those - millions per second) shows how it is in constant flux. For animal bodies to stop is to die, but the very process of life cannot go on indefinitely because everything that changes runs down & falls apart.
The amazing question to me is "How does conciousness arise?"
so that people can wonder about things like this.

These are good questions, just not easy to answer. Two things I learned as a E.M.T. is first people die, second you can`t change the first. Suicide is not as easy as you might think. People go severe deppression and mental anguise before they do it. People can die at any age, death dose not descriminate. Truthfully only GOD can answer these questions. People can tell you their opinions, like I did, but only GOD knows the truth.

That is the way it is, we are born if we live a long life then we die if not we die early.I have ask that since my son die before his time.It is not right so many people that need to die but they live I have asked that same question why.We don't have weak body's we are just human.Don't know what you are asking.

because we are only human... although our bodies are engineered to overcome obstacles, its not designed to last forever. a human body is a complex structure- nearly perfect.
