It could be cute. It is a cowgirl type of outfit. Which makes me wonder if leggings are the best way to go with it.
Also I am wondering whether the dress is a little too long.

i think it kinda looks like a halloween costume... like a cow girl and it doesnt match.. trust me im bluntly honost.. they boots are cute and the dress is cute just not together, i think the dress might need to be stiched differently... I think some people are telling you w/e because they want the "best answer"...but trust me, i know what im talkin about..

i'm sorry but no. trust me, unless u want to be embarassed at school, the NO. the dress and boots don't match and the dress looks like a waitress outfit.

it really is totally tremendous. highly the boots! the component i'd replace is the scarf and earrings. The outfit seems somewhat overworked with all those upload-ons. only tone it down somewhat and also you'll look tremendous!

it more depends on how you like it than what anyone else thinks... but since you are asking for opinions, i say, it depends on the color of the leggings, but to me the color of the boots kinda clashes with the color of the dress.

I really like it. I think it would be really cute for school. It would look good with or without the leggins. Go for it.

I would not wear any leggins with it, also i would change the boots.
