we had 3 but 1 i had 2 put 2 sleep but he said that if we didnt have 1 of the dogs we'd have just 1 dog instead of 2 dogs

Not really sure what you're asking....but if a dog was left and the owners moved....you should call the humane society. If they can track down the owners, they could be charged with animal cruelty.
