Volleyball players!!!!!!!!!!! how do i get my overhand far enough AND tall enough?

i am also on the volleyball team n i luv the sport. some simple advice is to make sure u toss the ball high enough in front of u . it sometimes helps to practice tossing in front of u. it should fall rite in front of the foot u step out with. n when u throw it swing that arm. n dont forget 2 PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE

Work on keeping your arm straight and focus on stepping forward when you hit it. The ball will go in the direction that you hit it and depending on how hard you hit how high and how far.
