Why don't you look online at a Unitarian Universalist Fellowship website, or better yet, have your group meet there and be a guest speaker.
UU's welcome everyone from all backgrounds and all faiths. UU is not a religion (no doctrine or creed) but practice mutual respect and tolerance for diversity (gay, straight, black, white, christian, muslim, jewish, etc).
UU's have a guest speaker and then "pass the mic" to all who wish to contribute or have questions about the discussion. There is no "blind faith" practiced, but belief in humanity and fellowship is shared. You are welcome to share your ideas and many will share theirs with you.
They have a building that the law considers a 'church' where the perform legal ceremonies, such as marriage, and they have "services" which are discussions about topics of our humanity in our world today. Topics range from mindfulness (a practice of buddhist monks), to post -partum depression, to what faith or prayer mean to diffefent indivuals, to the adversity faced by the transgendered, etc. You can find a local fellowship online and view the upcoming topics.
You could propose a topic of harassment, whether it's sexual or a generally hostile work environment, the glass ceiling, good leadership techniques, teambuilding exercises, personal empowerment, good management, dealing with men suffering from 'centerfold syndrome', media pressures in advertising, the new DOVE product campaign (real women) and others, etc.
Hopefully this helps. I am sure you will find so much more info through a search engine your computer will be smoking!

Why don't you watch with your woman's group the 2005 film "Crash"?
It's about the thin line between what we think tolerance is and what could possibly be.
That would be a good start, eh?
