is nausia a symtom of that im getting my period cause this passed week i been having like light nausia and like gas perping and my i have like this pain in the middle that wont go away is it a symtom that im getting my period ppl help!!

I take it that you've never had your period and that's why you're asking. But as far as I know it's not a symptom of period. But everyone is different and it could be a symptom for you. Before you start your period your hormones go out of whack, like in pregnancy (I'm not saying your pregnant so don't freak) and sometimes during pregnancy you get morning sickness because of your hormones so I don't see why it couldn't be a symptom for you. As for the pain in the middle I would try using a heating pad and take some ibuprofen or tylenol. Don't worry about it. If you have more questions ask your mom (don't be embarrassed, all girls go through it, including your mom).

Maybe if it continues you should see the doctor..Or you could be stressed..Even medications can make you nausea..
