We have been fighting and we live together and he just hung up on me over something silly- should I go to a motel for the night and leave him a note? I really don't feel like "trying to work things out" right now but I'm afraid this will make things worse!

Judging by your questions from the past few weeks I think you really know the answer to this. I think you need to think more about leaving for more than just a night. Take a few days actually and see how things are. You spend a lot of wasted time arguing and worrying about your relationship. A relationship should make you happy, not sad and angry.

It might make him realize how much you mean to him. To come home and find you gone for a few days. Just leave a note telling him you will be away for the night. You need to clear your head. Don't tell him what motel your staying at. Good luck

You just answered your own question...if you're "afraid" to make things worse...get out, and get out now, unless you own the home or your name is on the lease. Why continue to put up with someone who gets made over "something"silly", it will never get better!

I always leave for a while so I can clear my head. That way I don't say anything that I would regret. By the time I come back, he is usally singing a different tune.

you should do whatever u think feels right. If u want to spend the night at a hotel i think is good because both of u guys can have some time to think. and also think if your relationship with him should go on.
