my last period started on 4 of september, my period start on 26 of september , could u please tell me when is the best time for me to have sex and be pergnent?

Its best to have sex and enjoy it. Baby's happen as a result.
The say a man get get the best penetration when on top.

Your cycle is approximately 23 days in length.
Based on a 14 day luteal phase (LP is the time from ovulation to period - second half of the cycle) you would have ovulated around the 12th of September.
Not everyone has a 14 day LP it may be longer or it may be shorter for you. what ever it is though it will usually stay the same. the first half of the cycle can vary but the second half stays the same. If it is shorter or longer then it can change your ovulation date.
if you are serious about trying to fall pregnant then try using ovulation tests (start using them about day 7 of your cycle and continue using them until you see a positive result). You could also try temperature charting - this involves taking your temperature with a "basal" thermometor is morning BEFORE getting out of bed and then charting the results onto a graph. When you have 3 temperatures above the coverline then it confirms if ovulation has taken place. Temp charting can't tell you when you are about to ovulate like ovulation tests can but it can confirm when it has occured.
There are some great charting websites out there and some sites that sell fertility tests - not sure of your location so i'll put a few.
FYI based on a 14day luteal phase you would be expected to ovulate next on 4th.
Also keep any eye out fertile mucus it should be clear and eggwhite looking - at your fertile peak ideally it should stretch between 5-10cm.

This is a free and very helpful webite below that i am writing about so check it out. It has helped me and so many others.
Go to http://www.mymonthlycycles.com and put in your period info and it will calculate when you will be fertile and ovulating.
The best days to have sex would be on your fertile days and ovulation day. But have sex at other times also. You never know you could get pregnant at anytime. I got pregnant while i was on my period.

First I am asking you to abstain from having sex and go to the doctor It is not normal to have your period more than once a month. I know I went through that, and I suffered for years. they said I had endometriosis. Finally after years of pain, In october of last year I had a hysterectomy. I don't know how old you are, but think about what you are doing. I did the same thing, and I was 24 when I had my son. I don't know if you are single or married, But If you are single, don't do it. Because it's a long,hard road.

You need to know or be aware of when you will be ovulating. There are some websites that can give you a good estimated date depending on the first day of your last regular period.

Buy an ovulation predictor kit.....and follow the directions. You can only conceive when you are ovulating, so you have to figure that out first.
