Unless it's Alkidah dressed in a nurses uniform passing poisonous gas, I don't think you have to worry, because the patients there are germ covered to start with and would probably be of more harm to the nurses,and patients pass gas too. Get a life.

as a nurse I can tell you that most wards have toilets for staff and patients so the easiest thing is to crack one off in the toilet or the sluice room as most sluice rooms smell abit any way it hides the dooer's identity one can always blame it on the patient if the patient is unconcious.

Everyone needs to pass gas, it is harmful to themselves not to.
Don't worry about it, a fart never hurt anyone.
Except they smell bad.
