a simple fence... about half a year i think... one that actually stops people? maybe five years.

but what makes you think that 'Islamofascists' come to the US via mexico? why would they? and how would a fence at the mexican border stop them when the US has some 10,000 miles of mostly unguarded coast?
and why would they even come by sea when there are airports?

think again.

oh and if Bush's idea of homeland security is too lenient for you...
think yet again.

oh.. .and don't forget... it would be a government project... so the project would normally probably cost few hundred million dollars... but under government supervision... several billion... oh and it would also take about 18 years to build (at least)... government project...

I say, set up a telle-thon line where Republicans can call in and make donations... they can build it as they fund it...

or we can wait until the national debt gets down a bit... I'm tired of spending money we don't have on paranoia...
