does it look cool/unique stylish when a girl wears tight jeans and a loose shirt and the collar of the shirt is stretched out over one shoulder

That was really cool in the '80s when I was growing up, and apparently that's the new look for this season again. So, go for it. I always loved the '80s fashions!

Yeah honey but not the tight jeans. The shirt idea is cool just lay off on the jeans. Tight jeans are trashy. Trust me.

I think when a girl wears a loose shirt,it is a symbol of uniqueness,different,one-of-a-kind,playful girl...but If you think you can pull it out go for it...
