Find a loose frame around the house. Find an old picture of your daughter that you think is lovely, cute, funny from her childhood. Blow it up with your printer or a photo shop and put it in the frame. Inexpensive and personal. Sweet!

you sound like you regret what you spent. when you buy a gift be realistic on what you can afford? The love of a mother is like no other. You should have nothing to stress about unless your trying to live a lifestyle you cant afford or your daughter doesn't understand your budget and expects it any way , then your just making the situation worse.

Write her a list of 30 reasons you love her! My mom did that for me on my 30th & I still have the list. I almost cried when I 1st read it & to this day it still gets me all misty-eyed!

Your presence is all you need mom. She knows you gave her a gift. Go and wish her well and watch her cut her cake.
Have a good time.

Flowers! Whatever is in your budget. A single rose with a card. Whatever. It won't matter. It's all good.
