Now let me guess where your area is, as you failed to tell anyone I don't think you will have much luck.
Try looking in the phonebook, if your area has a phonebook or typing in a search engine "Cable TV in [your area here]"
Your area website will often give you these details too, look for the official website for your city or area, you should be able to look up the info there.

AT&T owns Dish Network which is Sattelite tv usually Time Warner or Comcast owns the cable tv in most areas start lookin there depending on where you are

Forget cable, get DirectTV!! Greatest thing we ever did! For the same monthly amount we sent the bloody cable company, we get 5 times as many channels, plus TiVO!!! And we have had only one service interruption since we got DirectTV (it's been about 1 1/2 years). Our cable system had more service problems than that!
Go DirectTV. You'll be glad you did...

Got to know your area, but yes AT&T still provides cable in a few market although they have sold off several franchises.

Yes they are and if you have them as your phone service and internet provider along with cable you get a real deal. They also have cellular phone service too!

no at&t is telephone service. try cox cable comcast cable. or directv or dish network
